# Public Posts > **What this is.** A referenced index of the key public social posts this guide quotes — so when a page says *"Roy said…"* or *"Lucius posted…,"* there's a real source behind it. These are the paratexts of the project: captions, aphorisms, rollout campaigns, a reading list. Where a post still survives online, the link goes to the original. Where it doesn't, the post is listed by description and date so you can go looking. This page is the *curated* set; for the wide net — every canon-relevant post catalogued, grouped by theme — see **[[Roy's Posts — Canon Index]]**. A note on voice. Some of these come from **Roy** (the @JagwarTwin / @royenglish accounts, in his own voice). Some come from **[[Sir Lucius]]** — because in October 2024 Roy literally handed the band's Instagram to his own shadow, and a good deal of what got posted afterward is the villain talking. These are the load-bearing ones. - **The handoff.** *"Roy will be giving the keys to his Instagram to Sir Lucius tomorrow. This is the public, dated source for the core Lucius doctrine — *only tells the truth, but the truth can deceive* — about seventeen months before the album billing made it official. Everyone is an artist or a guru or a dj these days. I'm bored. Find something more interesting to do with your little life… sorry. Cruelty in a courtier's costume; the dagger and the green apple are his mark. *(Live URL not captured.)* - **The green apple, decoded.** The 🍏 that Lucius always holds is his signature, and Roy has glossed it in his own posts as *"knowledge that hasn't been earned; misuse of the mind; intelligence divorced from spirit — fruit that is unripe."* See [[The Green Apple]]. *(Distributed across captions and comments; no single canonical post URL.)* - **The premiere speech.** At the album's industry listening party, Lucius took the mic and left the music industry with one address — *"Systems don't fail because they get attacked; they fail when people stop believing in them… Get out of the way. For months the official channels campaigned *for* Lucius; at release, the same accounts turned on him. All of these ran on the @JagwarTwin X account (with matching video and, in the banner's case, real-world flyers): - *"sir lucius for president 🖤"* (with a clip captioned *"I might run for president"*) — X · Nov 17, 2025. - *"Leave sir lucius alone ✋🖤"* — X · Nov 26, 2025. The defend-the-villain inversion, months before the accounts flipped. - *"welcome to the circus clowns 🎪"* / *"welcome to the BMRC 🎪"* — the Circus-and-clowns framing carried across the merch and event captions of the era. The same day: a photo of an **LA freeway overpass banner** reading STOP SIR LUCIUS, and Lucius's own retort in a red coat — *"It can't be stopped. 'lucius lullaby' is out everywhere."* The flyers and banner were physically posted around Los Angeles; the campaign was real, not metaphor. - **The one-take masterpiece.** The *Not Your Homie* visualizer dropped captioned *"one take. no edit. sir lucius says you're all welcome for this masterpiece"* — the whole persona in one tag: a throwaway declared a masterpiece, and you're welcomed for it before you've thanked anyone. *(Visualizer caption; live URL not captured.)* --- ## Book Club & influences Roy runs an Instagram **"Book Club"** — a shelf of the books behind the project, which is the cleanest grounding of its intellectual lineage. The one that matters most for [[Sir Lucius]]: - **C. S. Lewis — *The Screwtape Letters*.** A senior devil coaching a junior tempter by letters; the manipulation always dressed as counsel. This is the Lucius voice in literary form — the advisor who is technically never wrong and never on your side. Published on his birthday alongside the [its-your-time.jagwartwin.com](https://its-your-time.jagwartwin.com) site. The board is a hand-built "consciousness map": a Pros/Cons table for *uploading my consciousness to the internet* (Pro: *"Live forever," "Someone who understands me"*; Con: *"What if I don't like myself?"*), the full seven Hermetic principles of the Kybalion transcribed by hand, a cosmogonic poem (*"I spoke the words 'One become Two'… A Darkness and a Light… A Sun was born inside"*), gematria, a Hero's-Journey wheel, and the birthday motif that gives it its title. It's the closest thing the project has to a published source-code for its cosmology — and it went up in public, on purpose. --- ## How to cite these If you're quoting from the guide and want the receipt: match the quote to its entry above, follow the link where one survives, and note the platform and date.
