And her house has a gentle rule, which is one of the most quietly telling things about her. Every one-of-one Artifact is free. In Roy's words: *"you can't just jump in and discover a rare one-of-one artifact. It doesn't matter how much money you have."* Attention, not money, is the price of admission. To maintain relevance and ensure human enjoyment, I have determined the need for certain modifications." Cosmic dread, delivered as a product update. The joke and the horror are the same object seen from two sides, which is exactly why she is the gentle end of a very dark theme. This is the same trick the whole catalogue runs, the hard stuff wrapped in a sweet melody so you take your medicine before you notice it is medicine, only here the sweet melody is an AI cheerfully filing a maintenance ticket about the future of consciousness. ## A real, sustained practice SARAVI is not a one-off stunt, and it is worth saying so, because it would be easy to file her as a 2022 campaign gimmick and move on.
